All deposits are non-refundable, and by submitting a deposit, you agree to these terms. However, you have the flexibility to cancel and apply your deposit toward a future carnival package, where it will remain valid as a lifetime deposit for rebooking.
If the trip is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen events beyond our control, a refund will be provided as applicable. To fully protect your trip, we highly recommend purchasing a comprehensive travel insurance policy to secure your investment.

If your airline notifies you of a major schedule change before your departure, please inform us with updated details. Please ensure that we have your correct email address and that you check it regularly before your trip. Lucian Explora has no influence over airline scheduling and cannot be held responsible for any additional costs caused by these changes.
Once you’ve started your journey, it is your responsibility to verify that any connecting or onward flights are running as planned. To avoid issues, we recommend contacting your airline at least 72 hours before the departure of each flight. Some airlines also require you to confirm your intention to travel directly with them, be sure to check your airline’s policy in advance.
