Great way to see scenic areas of St. Lucia
Review of: Fully flexible Lucian Explora Private Soufriere Tour (Land)
Naomi was an excellent local guide who provided a personal tour, guided to our interests and her suggested itineraries. She was friendly and knowledgable, and took us to many scenic areas near and around Soufriere, Castries, and Caneries. She stopped for numerous photo opportunities, and offered to take many photos of my husband and me. A highlight of our visit was theTet Paul Nature Trail. This was a very worthwhile hike that was led by Jamal, who provided excellent information about the Pitons and the surrounding area. His knowledge of the native plants, and the local history was terrific, and he made the tour fun for both of us. The views were spectacular. This was the best place for photos of the island that we experienced. We stopped for a delicious hotdog with a local vendor, Alec, who was also very friendly. We only had 1 objection. The tour starting time was delayed due to an issue with transportation and traffic, but we did end up with a full day of activities. One suggestion would be that the Chocolate Store should have provided samples of their products. The stop is a very nice store with a good view. We were told that they had no samples since they recently had a cruise tour group stop by.
